Our apartment homes come fully equipped with Haier® stainless steel appliances, including: refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and full sized washer & dryer.
We do not offer furnished apartments at this time. However, we can assist you in renting a furnished apartment home through our relationship with Cort. Please inquire with our Leasing Team for more information.
Yes, all of our homes have a washer & dryer.
Apartments do not have AC, but every home has heating and AC connections.
Parking is not included in your base rent. Please refer to fees for approximate cost.
Yes, we do have a number of open parking spaces for guest parking.

Yes, we offer monthly community events which are a great way to meet your neighbors and take advantage of your beautiful surrroundings without leaving the community. 

The Views at Angle Lake is pet friendly and has some wonderful pet-focused amenities. We have a two pet max per home and breed restrictions apply. Please see our full pet policy for more information.

The Views at Angle Lake offers a variety of amenities designed for everyone to enjoy, including a work-from-home space and conference room, fitness center, demonstration kitchen and clubhouse, private courtyard with outdoor games, putting green and badminton court, rooftop deck, pet park with dog wash, and a sky lounge.
Yes, our 24/7 fitness center is fully equipped with free weights, cardio machines including treadmills, climbmills, ellipticals, a rowing machine, and stationary bikes, as well as TRX training systems and a variety of strength-training equipment.
We do not have a pool at our community.
We offer multiple coworking spaces throughout the community. The first floor features private coworking rooms, while the second floor includes an open, multi-purpose workspace and a conference room.
Yes, The Views at Angle Lake is a non-smoking community.
Yes, we have EV charging stations within our parking garage.
The clubhouse and sky lounge can be rented out for private events.

Absolutely! We’d love to show you your new home. We offer both virtual and in-person tours to fit your preferences—simply contact us or use the “Book a Tour” button to book your visit.

Applications can be submitted on our website through the "Apply Now" button.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the office during business hours. After-hours emergencies can be reported by calling the front office and following the prompts.

Emergency maintenance assistance is available 24/7. Emergencies include fire, flood, HVAC failure based on outside temperatures, clogged toilets in single-bathroom units, active leaks, and lockouts. Non-emergency work orders will be addressed the following day

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Accepted payment methods include certified funds, cashier’s checks, money orders, personal checks, credit/debit cards, and ACH payments. Please note that credit/debit card payments may incur a service charge fee.

Renters’ Insurance is required but not included.
